After-Hours Emergencies

Association emergencies include plumbing issues, roof leaks, weather-related damage, and access problems that prevent you from reaching your home.  For these types of emergencies outside of HMS' regular business hours, call 770-609-1660 and leave a message and an on-call HMS Associate will contact you as soon as possible.  Keep in mind that this phone number is reserved for Association emergencies only.

For all life-threatening emergencies, always dial 911.

Our Managers

HMS provides its clients with the top Association Managers in the industry.  Every HMS Association Manager specializes in community association management, and has a minimum of a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation.  This means that your Board receives professional, knowledgeable, and reliable advice on all association matters.  Professional consultation improves the quality of your community.

HMS has three Association Managers on staff with PCAM designation, the highest achievement an individual can earn in the community management field.  To qualify, the holder must earn the CMCA designation, as well as pass higher level coursework in the Professional Management Development Program.  This manager is required to have at least five years of community association management experience.  HMS encourages Association Managers to pursue continuing education because we know that it leads to satisfied customers.

AAMC Accreditation

HMS is an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC), one of only three in Georgia.  One requirement of the AAMC designation is that 50% of the company’s Association Managers must hold designations or certifications.  An Accredited Association Management Company has proven that their staff have the skills, experience, and integrity to help communities succeed, and that its Association Managers have advanced training and have demonstrated commitment to the industry.  As an Accredited Association Management Company, HMS and its employees can be counted on to always abide by the Standards of Professional Conduct set forth by NBC-CAM.
