Every HMS Association Manager specializes in community association management, and has a minimum of a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation. HMS has four Association Managers on staff with PCAM designation, the highest achievement an individual can earn in the community management field. To qualify, the holder must earn the CMCA designation, as well as pass higher level coursework in the Professional Management Development Program. This manager is required to have at least five years of community association management experience. HMS encourages Association Managers to pursue continuing education because we know that it leads to satisfied customers.
HMS is an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC), one of only three in Georgia. One requirement of the AAMC designation is that 50% of the company’s Association Managers must hold designations or certifications.
