Homeowner Management Services is excited to be partnering with your community!  As a first step, we thought it would be a great idea to introduce ourselves.  This page lets you know a little bit about our history, the services we offer, and our commitment to your community.  There are also some exciting perks that all HMS customers enjoy!

Homeowner Management Services is a locally-owned company that has been serving the Atlanta are for over 25 years.  As an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC), and part of the Community Association Institute (CAI) Leadership Circle, we hold our staff up to the highest standards of education in the industry.

Your Association is run by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership and served by committees appointed by the Board.  Their role is determined by the needs of the community and by the direction of your community leaders.  HMS aspires to serve not only the daily needs of the property, but to assist in strategic planning as well.  We have decades of experience, and we use that knowledge to ease the workload and help our clients prepare for the future.

HMS offers best practices and complimentary training classes to your community leaders, and we pride ourselves on being 100% transparent.  Our software and timely reports allow community leaders to access all relevant data pertaining to Association business and track where every penny of your Association budget is spent.

We offer superior customer service for our homeowners as well, with a live receptionist during all business hours and responsive professionals in all our support departments.  Whether you have questions regarding modifications, amenity access, or your account balance, our staff is standing by to assist you.

Paying Assessments

With numerous payment options including check, money order, online payments, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), and an easy to navigate online portal, we offer complete transparency to all of your transactions.  To get started, click here or on "Homeowner & Board Login" in the top-right corner.  If you have any concerns about your account, please contact our office for assistance, as financial stability is important to every community.


Architectural Modifications

In most associations, exterior modifications need approval, and for Condominiums sometimes interior changes such as flooring and other items need approval as well.  HMS can make the process simple by providing detailed forms and clear communication to your architectural committee.  We monitor all deadlines, facilitate decisions and archive all documentation.

Compliance Letters

For many neighborhoods, HMS handles correspondence when owners need to be notified about a compliance issue, including landscaping, gardens, or maintenance concerns.  We are sure that everyone wants to maintain their home, so please remember that the initial correspondence is simply a “friendly reminder”.  Be sure to contact our office if you have questions.  We are here to help!  Bear in mind that our role is to assist your Board of Directors.  Keeping your community beautiful and within the standards of the Association’s Governing Documents increases everyone’s value, including your own!
