HMS is upgrading all of our community websites tonight!
Starting tomorrow, September 18th, you will log in to a new and improved website for your HOA or Condominium Association. All email addresses, recurring payments, and personal settings that you set up in the past will not be changed. Read on to learn exactly what to expect.
Logging In is Simple
You will still be able to log in to your community's website from www.hms-inc.net using the blue "Homeowner & Board Login" button in the top-right corner. From there, you will have to reset your Password one time.
For security reasons, you will receive an email overnight from firstname.lastname@example.org with a link for you to reset your password. You can either reset your password from that email, or wait until the next time you need to log in. You can always reset your password at www.hms-inc.net by pressing the blue "Homeowner & Board Login" button in the top-right corner.
No Changes to Recurring or Scheduled Payments
You do not need to make changes to any recurring payments that you previously set up through HMS. All recurring payments or scheduled payments will remain in place after the upgrade! Feel free to review any payments you've set up by logging in. As always, if you need help setting up payments or understanding your ledger, you can contact HMS' accounting department online at our Customer Service page.
Easier to Use
Starting tomorrow, September 18th, you will notice an improved user experience. It will be easier to download any documents or forms, reply and manage your architectural requests or compliance issues, change between different accounts, register with a new email address, and more!
